HOW TO APPLY FALSE EYELASHES
1.Gently remove the false lashes from the tray using tweezers
2.Hold the lash strip against your eyelid & trim the ends if the band is too wide
3.Apply a thin strip of lash glue along the band & wait for the glue to become tacky
4.Place the lash band as close to your lash line as possible & hold until it is secure 5.Store lashes in its original packaging to preserve its shape & integrity

Before you start to measure, clip your hair as smoothly and as tight as possible.
1.Circumference: Place the tape measure along the hairline and rake the head in a circle.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from the center of the forehead backward along the top of the head to the back of the neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: Measure from the left earalong the hairline to the rightear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from the left ear along the top of the head to the right ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.

Cap size Medium: Circumference 22.5 by default

Atina provides free international shipping for wigs with free gifts in the package, like comb and clips. The price we offer for human hair bang and chalk pod is the lowest in the market as well. But wig with human hair bang and chalk pod will exceed our weight range for free shipping, so we charge $8 for the overweight shipping fee.
Processing Time
The processing time of the items normally need 7-10working days. Processing time of other items or some options like large cap size, please refer to the custom days on the product page.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, TNT with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 - 7 business days.
Affected by The Chinese New Year holiday, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Po.Box & Military Base
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Atina Hair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.

Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.

What is item processing time?

How to care & wash my wig?
How to care & wash my wig?
All our wigs are clean and healthy to wear it directly. Deciding if you want to wash it before wearing it is really a personal choice. We suggest to do deep condition for the wig once every one to two weeks, if the wig begins to feel sticky or dry, it may be time to give it a rinse. Avoid hot water, saltwater and chlorine to prevent any damage to the strands. Gently hand wash while soaking in cold water. Avoid scrubbing or rubbing the hair, as this could damage the strands. Use a towel to lightly blot it and then leave it on a wig stand to air dry. Avoid using a blow dryer and brushing
the hair until the lace is completely dry. The more careful and gentler you are to human hair wigs, the longer it will last.
